VayaPin Cards

If you use VayaPin locations, SpiderPublish can render them on your site as clean, linked cards — a logo or photo, the location's name and subtitle, linking out to its VayaPin page. There are two ways to use them, and both pull live from VayaPin so the data never goes stale.

On a blog post

Tag a post with the VayaPin locations it mentions, and your blog template automatically renders a "VayaPins in this article" strip of cards at the end of the post.

  • In the post editor, add pins in the VayaPin pins field.

  • Pins are identified like BB:CHAMPERS.

  • Unknown or unlisted pins are simply skipped, so a typo never breaks the page.

This is the easy way to enrich location-focused articles — mention a place, tag it, and it becomes a linked card automatically.

On any page

Drop a VayaPin Cards block onto any page to show a grid of location cards. You can populate it two ways:

  • A fixed set of pins — list the specific locations you want.

  • A live query — choose by country, city, or category and let the block pull matching locations automatically.

The cards are rendered on the server, so search engines and AI crawlers see them as real content.

How it stays current

Both surfaces are fed live from VayaPin's location index at publish time, so your cards always reflect the latest data — you are never copy-pasting and re-checking stale listings.

Tips

  • Resolve pin ids first. Confirm the exact pin identifiers before tagging, so your cards render the locations you mean.

  • Use a query block for directories. If you maintain a city or category page, a live query keeps it complete as new locations are added.

  • Tag generously on posts. Any location you mention is a candidate — tagging it turns a name into a linked, branded card.
