The legal agreement between you and SpiderIQ governing your use of the SpiderPublish platform.
By accessing or using SpiderPublish ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by SpiderIQ ("we", "us", "our").
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
SpiderPublish is a multi-tenant content management and publishing platform. The Service includes:
Publishing infrastructure — page creation, component system, media hosting, and edge delivery across 300+ global Points of Presence.
Management tools — MCP (Model Context Protocol) tool surface with 87 atomic operations, REST API, CLI, and web dashboard.
Tenant isolation — five-lock security model ensuring complete data separation between tenants.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Registration — you must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each tenant workspace requires a unique project identifier.
Security — you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, PAT tokens, and credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Usage — you must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, distribute malware, conduct phishing, or attempt to breach tenant isolation boundaries.
Rate limits — API calls are subject to published rate limits. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling.
Your content — you retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service, including pages, components, media files, and configuration.
License to us — you grant SpiderIQ a limited, non-exclusive license to host, cache, transform, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
Marketplace — components published to the SpiderPublish marketplace are subject to the marketplace licensing terms. You retain authorship but grant other tenants the right to use your published components.
Prohibited content — you must not publish content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains malicious code.
Uptime target — we target 99.9% monthly uptime for the publishing infrastructure. This excludes scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 48 hours in advance.
Edge delivery — content delivery performance depends on Cloudflare's global network. We target sub-50ms TTFB at edge but do not guarantee specific latency.
Deploy pipeline — the two-phase deploy protocol (dry_run → confirm_token) is designed to prevent accidental production changes. Deploy operations are not covered by the uptime SLA.
Support — technical support is provided through the documented channels. Response times vary by subscription tier.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
SpiderIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
By you — you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your content will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.
By us — we may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law. We will provide 14 days' notice except in cases of security breaches or illegal activity.
Data after termination — you may export your content for 30 days after termination. After this period, data is scheduled for permanent deletion per our data retention policy.
Governing law — these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpiderIQ is incorporated.
Changes — we may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Last updated: June 5, 2026.
Severability — if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
